  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup oil or 80ml
  • 1/2 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • a pinch salt
  • 3 tablespoons raisins
  • cashew nuts or walnuts (optional)

Method

  1. Preheat air fryer to 360F or 180C for 5 minutes.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl.
  3. Add oil, plain yoghurt, and brown sugar to the bananas and mix well.
  4. Sift together flour, cinnamon powder, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
  6. Fold in raisins and nuts if using.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased air fryer-safe pan.
  8. Air fry at 360F or 180C for 30-35 minutes until cooked through.
  9. Remove from air fryer and let cool before serving.
