- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 5 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1.25 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 apples
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup strawberries, diced
- 1 tsp starch
- 2 egg whites
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
Method

Separate the egg whites from the yolks.

Mix yolks with milk, sugar, vanilla, and vegetable oil.

Add flour and baking powder in batches and mix well.

Line and grease a baking pan with vegetable oil and damp parchment.

Cook apples with lemon juice, sugar, strawberries, and starch until thickened; let cool.

Whisk 2 egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Mix Greek yogurt, sugar, vanilla, and cornstarch until smooth.

Fold one-third of the egg whites into the yogurt mixture, then fold in the remaining egg whites.

Spread half of the egg white-yogurt mixture in the pan.

Add the cooked apple and strawberry layer on top.

Spread the remaining egg white-yogurt mixture over the fruit layer.

Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 50-55 minutes.
