Ingredients
- 4-5 potatoes
- olive oil
- salt
- black pepper
- 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
- 450g ground beef
- 1 onion
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 250g tomato passata
- mozzarella cheese
- 1 large bunch dill
- 1 green apple
- 3 celery stalks
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- black pepper
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup toasted walnuts
Method
- Preheat oven to 190°C.
- Season potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and sweet paprika.
- Bake potatoes for 20 minutes.
- Season ground beef with salt, black pepper, oregano, and sweet paprika.
- Sauté onion and ground beef over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
- Add tomato passata and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Place cooked ground beef mixture over baked potatoes.
- Add mozzarella cheese generously on top.
- Bake for 10 minutes until cheese is golden and crispy.
- Thinly slice dill using a mandoline or sharp knife.
- Chop green apple and celery stalks.
- Mix dill, apple, and celery leaves or parsley roughly chopped.
- Prepare sauce by mixing lemon juice, salt, black pepper, extra virgin olive oil, and toasted walnuts.
- Serve baked potatoes with ground beef topped with the sauce.
