Ingredients
- 2 cups cold whole milk ((480ml))
- 1 (14-ounce/397g) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (5.1-ounce/144g) box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 cups heavy whipping cream (divided (720ml))
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar (divided)
- 3 teaspoons vanilla extract (divided)
- 1 (15-ounce/425g) box vanilla wafer cookies
- 5 large bananas
Method
- Whisk together 2 cups of cold whole milk, the can of sweetened condensed milk, and the box of instant vanilla pudding mix until combined and smooth. Chill in the fridge for about five minutes.
- Whip 3 cups of heavy cream with 3 tablespoons of sugar and 3 teaspoons of vanilla extract until firm peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the chilled pudding mixture until fully combined.
- Slice 5 large bananas into thin coins, about a quarter of an inch thick.
- In a serving dish, layer cookies, then a layer of banana slices, then a layer of pudding mixture. Repeat layers until ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of pudding on top.
- Top with a mound of whipped cream and crumble a few cookies on top for garnish.
