10 ingredients- 1/2 cup pear juice
- 1/2 cup pear peel
- 4 cloves garlic

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Ssalyeot (rice syrup)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- additional ingredients for vegetarian version: shiitake mushrooms, white mushrooms, carrots, green onions
Method
7 steps- Slice 1 pound of beef into thin pieces.
- Marinate the beef in the mixture for several hours.
