- 50g vinegar
- 800g water
- 2 eggs
- 5 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- sweet chili sauce
- teriyaki sauce
- sriracha sauce
Method
- Cut the cauliflower into florets.
- Prepare a batter by mixing eggs, flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic.
- Dip the cauliflower florets into the batter to coat them evenly.
- Place the coated cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket without overlapping.
- Air fry the cauliflower for about 15 minutes until the outside is crispy and golden.
- Serve with sweet chili sauce, teriyaki sauce, or sriracha sauce as desired.
