- 4 large tortillas
- 200g deli meat (turkey breast)
- 15g olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper

- 2 romaine lettuces
- 40g light mayo
- 20g mustard
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 clove garlic
- 100g greek yogurt

Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.

Chop and rinse lettuce, grate parmesan, add to sauce and mix.
