Creamy Chicken Alfredo

Ingredients
- 3 to 9 cloves garlic
- 1 pound chicken breast

- 1 pound fettuccine
- 1/2 cup butter (113 grams)
- 2 cups heavy cream (480 ml)
- Parmesan cheese (90 grams or 1 cup)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- Parsley (for garnish)
Method

Fill a big pot with water, set it over medium high heat, and salt it.

Mince the garlic cloves.

Prepare the chicken by slicing it down the middle and seasoning with salt and pepper.

Warm the butter and olive oil over medium high heat.

Cook the chicken in batches until golden on both sides and cooked through.

Add fettuccine to boiling water and stir occasionally.

In the same pan, add butter, heavy cream, and minced garlic; simmer and stir frequently until the sauce thickens.
