Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breast cubed
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 large jar Alfredo sauce
- 1 can peas and carrots
- 1 box 16 oz rotini pasta
- 1 can chicken broth
- 8 oz whipping cream
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan
- 1/2 tsp pepper (optional)
- 1/2 loaf French bread
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Cube chicken breasts and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
- In a large baking dish, combine chicken, Alfredo sauce, peas and carrots, rotini, chicken broth, whipping cream, and water.
- Mix well to combine all ingredients.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 45 minutes to 1 hour until bubbly and cooked through.
- Prepare garlic bread by spreading butter mixed with garlic powder and Parmesan on French bread.
- Bake garlic bread alongside casserole or until golden and crispy.
- Serve casserole hot with garlic bread.
