- Sugar (to taste)
- Buttercream
- 1 tbsp cream (or orange juice, coffee, or other liquid)
- Chocolate (for dipping)
- Modeling chocolate (for decoration)
Method
- Make the cake base as shown in the video.
- Cut the cake with a cutter into mini cakes.
- Prepare strawberry jelly by blending strawberries with sugar.
- Place two mini cakes together with strawberry jelly in between.
- Dip the mini cakes in chocolate.
- Make buttercream by mixing buttercream ingredients and adding 1 tbsp cream or substitute liquid.
- Decorate mini cakes with buttercream and modeling chocolate roses.
- Finish the strawberry jelly as demonstrated.
