- egg
- cheese
- butter
- salt
- sugar
- 3 tablespoons of milk
- 12 g of butter
Method
- Prepare bread with butter.
- Mix egg, milk, salt, and sugar to make the egg mixture.
- Pour the egg mixture into a pan with oil and cook over low heat.
- When the eggs are almost cooked, place the bread in the pan and put cheese on top of the eggs.
- Carefully flip the bread to melt the cheese.
- When the cheese melts, fold the bread in half or fold to finish.
