Ingredients
- 4 cups or 480 grams of all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- 1 cup or 226 grams of cold butter

- Add one tablespoon of baking powder, two teaspoons of salt, and two tablespoons of granulated sugar to the flour.

- Flour a surface and a cutter, then cut out biscuits from the dough, being careful not to seal the edges to maintain layers.
- Re-flour the cutter as needed and re-shape scraps to make additional biscuits.
- Place the shaped biscuits on a baking sheet and freeze for at least 20 minutes.
- Bake the biscuits in a preheated oven at an unspecified temperature for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
