  • 1 tablespoon Griechischer Joghurt / Sauerrahm
  • 1 piece Orange (zested)
  • 50 g Rosinen (soaked in hot water)
  • 50 g Datteln (soaked and chopped)
  • 50 g Walnüsse (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Honig
  • Olivenöl (for greasing the baking pan)

Method

    Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

    Grind the oats to a flour consistency and mix with a pinch of salt.

    Peel and slice the apple, then puree it with water until smooth.

    Add the apple puree to the oat mixture and mix well.

    Peel and mash the bananas with a fork, then add to the mixture.

    Add the eggs, salt, cinnamon, baking powder, Greek yogurt, and orange zest, and mix thoroughly.

    Soak the raisins in hot water for 15 minutes and dry them with a paper towel.

    Chop the dates and add to the mixture along with the chopped walnuts and soaked raisins.
