Ingredients
- 85 g Haferflocken (ground to flour consistency)
- 1 piece Apfel (peeled and sliced)
- 30 ml Wasser
- 2 pieces Bananen (peeled and mashed)
- 3 pieces Eier
- 1/2 teaspoon Zimt
- 1 teaspoon Backpulver
- 1 tablespoon Griechischer Joghurt / Sauerrahm
- 1 piece Orange (zested)
- 50 g Rosinen (soaked in hot water)
- 50 g Datteln (soaked and chopped)
- 50 g Walnüsse (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon Honig
- Olivenöl (for greasing the baking pan)
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Grind the oats to a flour consistency and mix with a pinch of salt.
- Peel and slice the apple, then puree it with water until smooth.
- Add the apple puree to the oat mixture and mix well.
- Peel and mash the bananas with a fork, then add to the mixture.
- Add the eggs, salt, cinnamon, baking powder, Greek yogurt, and orange zest, and mix thoroughly.
- Soak the raisins in hot water for 15 minutes and dry them with a paper towel.
- Chop the dates and add to the mixture along with the chopped walnuts and soaked raisins.
- Spread the mix evenly in a greased baking form and sprinkle with walnuts.
- Drizzle with honey and bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes.
- Once done, let it cool and enjoy!
