Whole recipe (8 servings): 1504 kcal
- 1 sheet ready-rolled puff pastry (about 320 g), or equivalent pizza dough
- 60 g tomato sauce
- 100 g grated mozzarella
- 30 g salami, sliced (the transcript phrase “trees or salami” is corrected to salami)
- 1 red pepper, thinly sliced
- 15 g black olives, sliced
Method
6 steps- Spread tomato sauce on top of the puff pastry or pizza dough.
- Add a little grated mozzarella on top of the tomato sauce.
- Place thin slices of red pepper to resemble veins of the eye.
- Add slices of salami or trees around the eye area.
- Place a black olive in the center of the eye to resemble the pupil.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
