Halloween Gummy Eyeballs and Blood Punch

Ingredients

• water
• gelatin
• seven up or any clear soda
• vanilla extract
• condensed milk
• sugar
• orange juice (freshly juiced)
• lemonade
• grenadine

Method

1. Add water to a bowl of gelatin and microwave for 20 to 30 seconds until melted.
2. Measure 3/4 cup of clear soda and pour into a pot.
3. Add melted gelatin and vanilla extract to the soda, then whisk.
4. Pour a small amount of mixture into a mold and add food coloring drops to create irises.
5. Allow the colored gelatin to set at room temperature until tacky to the touch.
6. Repeat with remaining gelatin, dividing into bowls for different colors, and add food coloring to create various eye colors.
7. Mix water and gelatin, heat until melted, then add condensed milk, sugar, and vanilla, heating until fully melted.
8. Pour the white gelatin mixture over the set colored eyeballs and refrigerate overnight until fully set.
9. Juice fresh oranges to make pulpy orange juice for the blood punch.
10. Mix orange juice with lemonade and grenadine to create a blood-colored punch.
11. Mold the gummy eyeballs and place them in glasses or serve as desired.
