Halloween Jack-O'-Lantern Deviled Eggs

- 6 eggs
- 2 tbsp. drained canned tuna
- 2 tbsp. finely-chopped onion
- 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. vinegar
- salt and pepper
- paprika powder
- 12 toasted pumpkin seeds
- nori sheet
Method
- Place eggs in a single layer in a saucepan, cover with water at least an inch above the eggs, bring to a boil, then turn off heat and cover, steaming for 15 minutes.
- Drain eggs and cool immediately in cold water, then shake to break shells and peel.
- Cut eggs in half lengthwise, gently remove yolks, and mash them in a bowl.
- Mix canned tuna, chopped onion, mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a bowl, then add mashed yolks and mix until smooth.
- Transfer mixture into a plastic or pastry bag, cut off the corner, and pipe into egg white halves.
- Sprinkle with paprika powder, cut nori sheet into facial features, and attach nori faces and pumpkin seeds on the eggs.
