- 300 g minced meat
- salt

- 4–5 potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp Italian herbs
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp ketchup or marinara sauce
- Manchego cheese or any favorite cheese
- dill or cilantro
Method
- Heat oil for frying.
- Add minced meat and season with salt and pepper.
- Peel and prepare 4–5 potatoes.
- Beat 2 eggs and season with salt and pepper.
- Mix Italian herbs and flour into the eggs.
- Combine potatoes with egg mixture.
- Add ketchup or marinara sauce to the meat mixture.
- Top with Manchego cheese or preferred cheese.
