- 500 g mushrooms
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 150 g Gruyère cheese
- 1 onion
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 30 g butter
- A little melted butter
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper
Method

Sauté onions in olive oil and butter for 2-3 minutes until soft.

Finely chop the garlic and set aside.

Add mushrooms to the onions and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.

Add garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper and cook for 30 seconds more.

Roll out the puff pastry on baking paper, fold the edges inward, and prick with a fork.
