Ingredients
- 2 pieces Hähnchenfilet (cut into halves)
- 1 cup Zwiebel (chopped)
- 100 grams Käse (grated)
- 1 cup Schmand (for serving)
- to taste Salz
- 1 cup Pilz (sliced)
- 1 cup Basilikum (chopped)
- 2 pieces Tomaten (chopped)
- 1 cup Gurke (sliced)
- 1 cup Blattsalat (for garnish)
Method
- Cover the chicken with plastic wrap and pound it.
- Season the chicken and set aside.
- Sauté the chopped onion for two minutes.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté for another two minutes.
- Add the green onion and sauté for a further two minutes.
- Mix the sautéed onions with the chicken.
- Add chopped dill to the chicken.
- Grate 100 grams of cheese and mix with the chicken.
- Roll the chicken mixture into small portions.
- Repeat the steps for the remaining chicken.
- Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Prepare the salad by slicing cucumbers, tomatoes and lettuce.
- Serve with two tablespoons of sour cream and salt.
- Combine the salad ingredients and mix.
- Remove chicken from the oven and serve.
