- 200 g soft cottage cheese ((1 cup))
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 10 g vanilla sugar ((1/2 teaspoon))
- 450-500 g Wheat flour ((3 3/4 – 4 cups))
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 13 g fresh yeast ((1/2 ounce))
- 100 g Walnuts ((3.5 oz))
- 100-150 g sun-dried tomatoes ((3.5-5.3 oz))
- 100-150 g Olives ((3.5-5.3 oz))
- 100-150 g Spinach ((3.5-5.3 oz))
- 1-2 tablespoons Balsamic sauce ((vinegar))
- 150 g Goat cheese ((5.3 oz))
Method
- Knead the dough and let it rest for 50-60 minutes.
- Shape the buns as shown in the video. Brush with an egg mixture.
- Bake at 180 °C (356 °F) for 30-35 minutes.
