- 120 g oat flakes
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder (45 g)
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp flaxseed
- 150 ml warm milk
- 1 banana
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 40 g peanuts
- Chocolate
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Mix oat flakes, cocoa, chia seeds, flaxseed and baking powder.
- Add warm milk, egg and mashed banana, mix thoroughly.
- Add peanuts and chocolate to the mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking pan.
- Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C.
