  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 80 g sugar
  • 100 g flour
  • 50 ml milk
  • 150 g peaches from the can
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 30 g cornstarch
  • juice of one lemon
  • 50 g condensed milk
  • 100 ml whipped cream

Method

13 steps
  1. Drain the lemon juice from the peaches and finely chop the peaches.
  2. Separate the eggs, set aside the egg yolks.
  3. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.
  4. Beat the egg yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy.
  5. Fold the flour and cornstarch into the egg yolk-sugar mixture.
  6. Add the milk and stir everything into a smooth batter.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased form and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180°C.
  8. Add the peaches to the batter and distribute evenly.
  9. In a small pot, mix the egg yolks with condensed milk and lemon juice.
  10. Heat the mixture while stirring constantly until it thickens.
  11. Allow the lemon-egg mixture to cool.
  12. Remove the dessert from the oven, let it cool, and decorate with whipped cream.
  13. Sprinkle with cinnamon or cocoa powder and serve.
