- 3 large sweet potatoes
- 3 Tbs olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 Tbs brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- salt and pepper to your taste
Method
- Divide each sweet potato lengthwise.
- Slice each half into three equal parts.
- Cut the potatoes into cubes, ensuring they are sized as equally as possible.
- Transfer the cubed sweet potatoes into a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil over the sweet potatoes.
- Toss everything together very well.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
- Mix everything together very well.
- Pour the seasoned sweet potatoes onto a very well greased baking pan.
- Arrange them in a single layer, spacing them out well.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Roast the sweet potatoes for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Every 10 minutes, remove the sweet potatoes and toss them around with a spatula to prevent burning.
