- 100 g butter
- 500 ml cream 33-36%
- 150 g condensed milk
- 20 g cocoa
- 50 g roasted peanuts
- 7-8 chocolate cookies (2 layers)
- 200 g chocolate
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Method
- Mix sugar and 140 ml cream.
- Melt butter and add to mixture.
- Whip 500 ml cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into the mixture.
- Add condensed milk and cocoa, mix well.
- Chop roasted peanuts and chocolate cookies.
- Fold peanuts and cookies into the ice cream base.
- Melt chocolate with vegetable oil.
- Swirl melted chocolate into the ice cream mixture.
- Freeze the mixture until firm.
