- 3-4 potatoes
- 400g plant oil
- 5-6 eggs
- 3 cucumbers
- spring onions
- coriander-dill mix
- cheese
- salt
- black pepper
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
Method
- Grate potatoes.
- Rinse potatoes with water.
- Dry potatoes thoroughly.
- Fry potatoes in hot oil until crispy.
- Peel and chop eggs.
- Dice cucumbers.
- Chop spring onions.
- Mix cheese, coriander-dill mix, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Serve immediately.
