- 50 g unsalted butter (for cream filling)
- 50 g powdered sugar (for cream filling)
- 150 g cream cheese
Method
- Mix butter, powdered sugar, salt, vanilla, and egg yolk.
- Add flour and cocoa powder and combine into dough.
- Chill dough for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 170°C / 338°F.
- Shape dough into heart cookies and bake for 12 minutes.
- Prepare cream filling by mixing butter, powdered sugar, and cream cheese.
- Once cookies are cooled, sandwich them with cream filling.
