- baking soda
- baking powder
- nutmeg
- butter
- sour cream
- egg
- sugar
- vanilla
- raspberry jelly
- vanilla sugar

Method
- Mix dry ingredients: flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and nutmeg.
- Combine softened butter, sour cream, egg, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add dry ingredients to wet mixture and mix until a thick dough forms.
- Refrigerate dough for 4 hours or overnight, dividing into thirds and pressing into flat discs in parchment paper.
- Roll out dough between two pieces of parchment paper to about half the usual thickness.
- Cut out large circles with a cookie cutter, then cut smaller circles inside for the vampire bite holes.
- Place larger circles on baking sheet, add half a teaspoon of raspberry jelly in the center, then top with smaller circles, pressing down to seal.
- Use a toothpick to puncture holes on one side of each cookie to create vampire bite marks, expanding holes slightly.
- Sprinkle vanilla sugar on top of cookies.
- Bake at 350°F for about 15 minutes.
- After baking, use a toothpick and raspberry jelly to add 'dripping blood' effect outside the holes.
