- One Italian Flatbread or Tortilla
- 3 eggs
- 80 g / 3 oz spicy salami
- 100 g / 3.5 oz fresh buffalo mozzarella
- One small red onion
- Black olives
- 50 g / 1.8 oz mozzarella cheese or Edam
- Salt
Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C / 356 °F.
- Place the Italian flatbread or tortilla in the air fryer basket.
- Add the eggs, spicy salami, fresh buffalo mozzarella, sliced red onion, black olives, and mozzarella or Edam cheese on top of the flatbread.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Cook in the air fryer for 10 to 12 minutes until cooked through and cheese is melted.
