Viral Creamy Ground Beef Pasta

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 3 tbsp butter
• 3 tbsp oil
• 1 medium onion
• 4 garlic cloves
• 1 tsp dried basil
• 2 tsp smoked paprika
• 1 tbsp flour
• 1 cup beef broth
• 2 cups tomato sauce
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 5 oz cheddar cheese
• 10 oz pasta
• handful fresh parsley, chopped

Method

1. Heat butter and oil in a pan.
2. Add chopped onion and garlic; sauté until soft.
3. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
4. Stir in dried basil, smoked paprika, and flour.
5. Pour in beef broth and tomato sauce; simmer.
6. Add heavy cream, salt, and pepper; stir well.
7. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
8. Mix cooked pasta with the sauce.
9. Sprinkle cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
10. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve.
