  • 4 oz (113g) white chocolate
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • pinch of salt

Method

6 steps
  1. Finely chop 4 oz of white chocolate with a large kitchen knife until very fine.
  2. Pour 3 cups of milk into a saucepan and turn the heat to medium.
  3. Add 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp sugar, and a pinch of salt to the milk.
  4. Whisk the mixture until the milk starts to steam.
  5. Add the finely chopped white chocolate to the steaming milk.
  6. Whisk until the chocolate melts completely and the mixture thickens slightly.
