- 100g butter
- 280g flour
- 100g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- Skinned almonds
- Strawberry jam
Method
- Pour the flour into a bowl, and add salt, icing sugar, and butter. Use your hands to crumble the butter and mix it with the rest of the ingredients.
- Add an egg and mix very well until you get a smooth dough.
- Divide the dough into 20-gram balls.
- Flatten each ball into a roll.
- Press your fingers into the roll and make two light cuts to make the shape and texture of a finger.
- Fit an almond into one end to make the nail shape.
- Place all the fingers on a baking tray.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 180ºC (356ºF).
- Remove the almond from each finger. Place a little strawberry jam and put the almond back. Also, smear a little jam on the other end of the finger.
