- 150g butter
- 250g condensed milk
Method
- Preheat the oven to 160-170°C.
- Mix flour, 200g butter, egg yolks, baking powder, and sour cream.
- Beat egg whites with citric acid until peaks form.
- Gently combine the whites with the batter.
- Pour the batter into a 22 cm diameter baking pan.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes.
- For the cream, beat 150g butter with condensed milk.
- Assemble the cake and cover it with cream.
