Cabbage with Eggs

A simple and delicious recipe for cabbage with eggs, which turns out soft, tender, and very appetizing. This dish cooks quickly and will please the whole family.
Ingredients
- 1 cabbage
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 3 eggs
- salt
- black pepper
- 2 tbsp oatmeal flakes
- 3-4 tbsp flour
- sunflower oil
Method

Chop the cabbage finely and put it in a heated pan with sunflower oil.

Add a few tablespoons of water, cover with a lid, and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes.

While the cabbage is simmering, chop the onion and fry it in another pan with salt and black pepper for a few minutes, stirring.

Cut the carrot into thin strips or grate it, add to the onion, and fry for a few more minutes.

Check the cabbage; if the liquid has evaporated, remove from heat, if not — simmer for another 10 minutes until soft.

Beat the eggs with salt and black pepper, add oatmeal flakes, and leave for 5 minutes to swell.

Mix the stewed vegetables with the eggs and oatmeal flakes, add flour, and mix well until a uniform mass.

Heat a pan with oil and place small portions of the batter, fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Place the finished cabbage pancakes on paper towels to remove excess oil.
