- 1 cup green peas
- 1 inch ginger
- 2 green chilies
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cups maida
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1/2 cup yogurt
Method
- Mix green peas, ginger, green chilies, sugar, and water in a mixer.
- Prepare dough by combining maida, salt, ghee, and yogurt.
- Knead dough until smooth.
- Rest dough for 5 minutes.
- Make a paste from the green peas mixture.
- Add paste to dough and mix well.
- Knead again until soft.
- Make small balls from dough.
- Roll each ball into a thin paratha.
- Cook on a hot tawa until crispy on both sides.
- Serve hot.
