  • 1 inch ginger
  • 2 green chilies
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cups maida
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 1/2 cup yogurt

Method

    Mix green peas, ginger, green chilies, sugar, and water in a mixer.

    Prepare dough by combining maida, salt, ghee, and yogurt.

    Knead dough until smooth.

    Rest dough for 5 minutes.

    Make a paste from the green peas mixture.

    Add paste to dough and mix well.

    Knead again until soft.

    Make small balls from dough.

    Roll each ball into a thin paratha.

    Cook on a hot tawa until crispy on both sides.
