- 300 g minced meat
- 2 sheets lavash
- 2 pcs chicken eggs
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 pcs onion
- 20 g butter
- 100 g sour cream
- 50 g mayonnaise
- 50 g hard Mozzarella cheese
- 10 g hard Parmesan cheese
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 bunch dill
- to taste olive oil
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
Method
- In a frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced meat, chopped onion, and crushed garlic; cook until meat is browned.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs, and mix in sour cream, mayonnaise, and grated cheeses.
- Layer lavash and spread the meat mixture, followed by the egg mixture.
- Fold the lavash to form a wrap and cook on the frying pan until crispy and golden.
- Sprinkle with chopped green onions and dill before serving.
