- 20-30 ml milk
- maple syrup (~1 tsp)

- 200 g protein pudding

- 40 g flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 50 g frozen cherries
- 1/2 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- 10 g dark chocolate
Method

Mix cottage cheese, egg, flour, protein powder, and chocolate for the cookie.

Shape cookie mixture and bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes.

Mix eggs, skyr, flour, baking powder, and milk for fluffy pancakes.

Cook pancakes on low heat with a lid without spreading the batter.

Mix protein pudding, egg, flour, and baking powder for chocolate cherry pancake batter.

Prepare filling by mixing frozen cherries, cornstarch, and water.

Pour batter, add filling and chocolate, cover, cook on low heat, then flip.
