- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup oil or 80ml
- 1/2 cup plain yoghurt
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- a pinch salt
- 3 tablespoons raisins
- cashew nuts or walnuts (optional)
Method
- Preheat air fryer to 360F or 180C for 5 minutes.
- Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl.
- Add oil, plain yoghurt, and brown sugar to the bananas and mix well.
- Sift together flour, cinnamon powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Fold in raisins and nuts if using.
- Pour the batter into a greased air fryer-safe pan.
- Air fry at 360F or 180C for 30-35 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove from air fryer and let cool before serving.
