- 500 g ground beef
- 2 eggs
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 60 g parmesan cheese
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- bell pepper to taste, finely chopped
- parsley to taste
- tomato paste to taste
- mustard to taste
- greens for garnish
Method
- Divide ground beef into 2 portions and shape flat patties with hollow centers.
- Wrap meat around a can or glass to form nests and remove the mold.
- Crack an egg into each nest and season with salt, pepper, parmesan, and vegetables.
- Spread tomato paste and mustard on top and add cheddar slices.
- Cook in air fryer at 180°C (350°F) for 10 to 13 minutes.
- Garnish with greens and serve.
