- 3 - 4 pcs Apples
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- Cinnamon to taste
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 3 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Vegetable oil (80 g)
- 2/3 cup Milk (140 g)
- 1/3 cup Butter (80 g)
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla sugar
- 1¼ cup Sugar (230 g)
- 3 cup Flour (370 g)
- 1 tbsp Baking powder (10 g)
Method
- Preheat the oven.
- Peel and chop the apples.
- Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, and lemon juice.
- Add vegetable oil and melted butter, mix well.
- Stir in flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Fold in chopped apples.
- Pour batter into muffin tins.
- Bake until golden and cooked through.
