Whole recipe (4 servings): 1956 kcal

  • 200 g sugar
  • 60 ml water
  • 120 ml heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 150 g chopped chocolate
  • 120 g peanut butter
  • warm chocolate (for dipping and wings)
  • candy eyeballs (optional, for eyes)

Method

5 steps
  1. Use a fork or toothpick to shape the truffles and set them aside to chill for about 10 minutes.
  2. Trace bat wing shapes onto parchment paper using a template and warm chocolate in piping bags with small holes.
  3. Pipe the chocolate onto the traced wings, allowing them to set.
  4. Attach the wings to the chilled truffles.
  5. Decorate the truffles with candy eyeballs or icing for eyes.
