- 200 g sugar
- 60 ml water
- 120 ml heavy cream
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 150 g chopped chocolate
- 120 g peanut butter
- warm chocolate (for dipping and wings)
- candy eyeballs (optional, for eyes)
Method
- Use a fork or toothpick to shape the truffles and set them aside to chill for about 10 minutes.
- Trace bat wing shapes onto parchment paper using a template and warm chocolate in piping bags with small holes.
- Pipe the chocolate onto the traced wings, allowing them to set.
- Attach the wings to the chilled truffles.
- Decorate the truffles with candy eyeballs or icing for eyes.
