Method
11 steps- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- Grease a springform pan.
- Wash and slice the apples.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl.
- Add sugar and oil and mix.
- Mix flour and baking powder and add to the mixture.
- Stir in almonds.
- Add apples and combine.
- Pour batter into the pan.
- Bake for 40 minutes at 180 °C.
