- Condensed milk
- Butter

- Golden syrup
- White chocolate
- Biscoff spread
Method
- Add crushed Lotus biscuits and melted butter to a bowl and mix until combined.
- Spoon the mixture into a baking tray and press down firmly.
- Refrigerate the base.
- Add condensed milk, butter, light brown sugar, salt, and golden syrup to a saucepan and stir on low heat until smooth.
- Increase heat and bring to a boil until reaching the soft ball stage, stirring continuously.
- Pour the caramel over the base and smooth out to the edges.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Add white chocolate and Biscoff spread to a bowl and microwave until melted, stirring frequently.
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the caramel layer and spread evenly.
- Drizzle melted Biscoff spread over the top and drag a knife through to create a pattern.
- Refrigerate until set.
