- 2 eggs
- 5 garlic cloves
- 2 onions
- 1 bunch parsley

- 1 carrot
- 0.5 head cabbage
- 5 to 6 medium potatoes
- approximately 4 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 1.5 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 30 grams butter
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- a handful of salad leaves
- 1 avocado
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 ounces cheddar cheese
Method
- Prepare the ingredients: chop the onions, garlic, carrot, and parsley.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté 3 garlic cloves and onions until softened.
- Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned.
- Mix in salt, pepper, oregano, paprika, breadcrumbs, and tomato paste.
- In a bowl, combine the eggs and beat them, then add to the beef mixture.
- Form the mixture into patties or a loaf and place in a baking dish.
- Chop potatoes and cabbage, then boil until tender.
- Prepare salad with avocado, tomatoes, red onion, lemon juice, olive oil, and mustard.
- Bake the beef mixture in the oven until fully cooked.
- Serve the beef dish with boiled vegetables and salad.
