Budget-Friendly Ground Beef Dinner

- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- a handful of salad leaves
- 1 avocado
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 ounces cheddar cheese

Prepare the ingredients: chop the onions, garlic, carrot, and parsley.

In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté 3 garlic cloves and onions until softened.

Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned.

Mix in salt, pepper, oregano, paprika, breadcrumbs, and tomato paste.

In a bowl, combine the eggs and beat them, then add to the beef mixture.
