- 3 eggs
- 1 cabbage (~1 kg)
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 carrot
- 4 tbsp flour
- Salt
- Pepper
- Smoked paprika
- Vegetable oil
- Herbes de Provence
- 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
- Dill
- Pickled cucumber
Method
- Cook the cabbage in water for 15 minutes and drain.
- Chop the onion, garlic, and carrot.
- Mix the cooked cabbage with chopped vegetables, eggs, flour, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and herbs de Provence.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Fry the patties in vegetable oil until golden brown.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing Greek yogurt with dill, salt, and pepper.
- Serve the patties with the yogurt sauce and sliced pickled cucumber.
