  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cabbage (~1 kg)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 carrot
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Smoked paprika
  • Vegetable oil
  • Herbes de Provence
  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • Dill
  • Pickled cucumber

Method

    Cook the cabbage in water for 15 minutes and drain.

    Chop the onion, garlic, and carrot.

    Mix the cooked cabbage with chopped vegetables, eggs, flour, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and herbs de Provence.

    Form the mixture into patties.

    Fry the patties in vegetable oil until golden brown.

    Prepare the sauce by mixing Greek yogurt with dill, salt, and pepper.

    Serve the patties with the yogurt sauce and sliced pickled cucumber.
