Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 4-5 medium golden potatoes, cubed
- 1 tbsp salt (for boiling water)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup gouda cheese
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a pan, cook ground beef with diced onion and minced garlic until beef is browned.
- Season with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, and beef broth.
- Stir in cubed potatoes and cook until tender.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, milk, and remaining seasonings.
- Pour mixture over the beef and potato mixture in the baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar, mozzarella, and gouda cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Lower the oven temperature to 350°F and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
