  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 50g butter
  • 2 cups milk
  • 150g shredded mozzarella or pizza cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Cooking oil

Method

    Bake thinly sliced potatoes with oil, salt, and oregano at 180°C for 20 minutes.

    Sauté onions and ground beef with spices and vegetables until cooked and flavors meld.
